Forager support

For help with sign-in, offers, subscriptions, or your account, contact Forager, operated by Scale Ventures LLC.

IMPORTANT

Never include passwords, sign-in links, one-time codes, or full payment-card details in a support message.

1. Contact us

Email hello@getforager.app. Include your device model, app version, and a description of what happened. You can find the app version under You → Help.

2. Subscriptions and purchases

On Android, open Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Use the store account that made the purchase to manage or cancel it.

For missing Pro access, use Restore purchases in Forager while signed into the store account that purchased it, then contact us if access is still missing.

3. Account and privacy

To delete your account, open You → Delete account or follow our online deletion instructions. You can also email us to request removal of specific account data.

4. Offer availability

Restaurants set offer eligibility, location participation, and redemption rules. Check the offer terms and confirm availability with the restaurant before traveling or ordering. Email us an offer link if something needs correcting.
