Delete your Forager account

Email us from the address linked to your Forager account with the subject Delete my Forager account.

We may ask you to verify that you control the account before deleting it. Never send a password, sign-in link, one-time code, or payment-card number. If you used only a guest account, use the in-app option while that guest session is still available; otherwise contact support so we can help identify the account safely.

Open You → Delete account, read the confirmation, and confirm deletion. This removes your live account and its associated app data.

• Your authentication account, profile, saved location and profile preferences, favorites, saved deals, collections, claims, unlocks, sponsored redemptions, creator-code redemption records, notification tokens, delivery records, and user-specific notification deduplication records are removed from the live Forager database.
• Deletion of your RevenueCat customer record is queued automatically. Cleanup runs every ten minutes and retries provider failures. Only a temporary account ID and retry status remain in that queue until RevenueCat confirms deletion; the queue record is then removed.
• Infrastructure backups and operational logs expire under provider retention cycles. They are not used to restore a deleted account for normal operation. Apple and Google may independently retain transaction records under their own policies.
• Deleting an app account does not unsubscribe a separately enrolled SMS number. Reply STOP to stop SMS alerts, or contact us to request deletion of SMS data. Minimal consent and opt-out records may be retained to honor your opt-out and meet applicable obligations.

While an account is active, notification delivery records expire after 90 days and notification deduplication records after 30 days through daily cleanup. Account deletion removes associated live records sooner.
